Payment policy

• The total rental amount will be immediately and fully debited from your credit card.

• Dogs are not allowed in the yurts.

• All yurts are non-smoking.

• You can take possession of the premises between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. If you think you will arrive later than 7 p.m., please let us know on the Messenger of the Imago Village Facebook page.  

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations and changes must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival date and are subject to a $35 change fee. No refunds or changes will be allowed if this request is made within 7 days of your arrival, regardless of weather conditions.
